Owners, Brian & Jennifer Ericksen, have graciously designed The Nest as an extension of their beautiful home, situated on one of the few estate, acre lots, overlooking the 8th green of Heron Point Golf Course. The Nest is situated between Harbor Town Yacht Basin & the Atlantic Ocean, a 4 minute drive either way. Now, we invite you to enjoy the view.

The Nest is thoughtfully appointed with: 2 Queens Sleeps 4, full, well equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, dining room for 4 overlooking the beautiful pool, a sitting area with love seat & chairs, high speed WIFI, full bathroom with separate tub/shower, fluffy bath towels, pool towels, linens and starters of all necessary paper goods along with small toiletries, 2 flat screen TV’s (one in the main room & the other outside by the pool). An outdoor hot/cold shower, outdoor patio table, chairs & umbrella, 2 reclining sun loungers, fully screened pool, hot tub (heating an additional fee), sitting area, bar, 2 outdoor refrigerators, bike rack, private entrance & parking for two vehicles.
